Our Return Guide and Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase .We offer a generous, hassle-free, return policy.

Requests for a return or exchange should be made within 5 to 8 business days after the receipt of merchandise.

2. We will respond within 3 to 5 business days to your request by email.

3. Once approved, you will receive an RA number by email.



4. Package the item and write the “R.A. number” on the outside of the Box, package or envelop pouch where we can read it. Ship the box back to us at the address below using your choice of Fed-X ground, UPS ground, or USPS.

ATTENTION: Please take note that we DO NOT ACCEPT packages with out “R.A. written” outside the package/Boxes.



5. Once the item(s) are received in the same new condition as when originally shipped, we will give you full refund for the original purchase price less shipping costs and 15 % restocking fee, you can choose to receive exchange credit which means you can choose any item substitute for the same price and we just will charge the shipping cost in order to process the exchange.





6. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that there is absolutely no refund or exchange on special orders.
